Mobile Bar Services & Bartenders
Signature Sips - Full Service
The package we are known for! Our most luxury option, this is full service for those who want a truly stress-free & hands off approach to planning their wedding or event! We provide fresh mixers for two signature cocktails, sparkling water & sodas, ice, garnishes & all dry supplies! Minimum of two bartenders required for any guest count over 35. Client provides alcohol.

$400 per bartender for up to 4 hours of service. Additional hours are $50 per bartender per hour.
$6 per guest for beer, wine & champagne pour service for up to 4 hours. Additional hours are $1.50 per guest per hour- This does not include fresh pressed mixers for signature mocktails/cocktails. It does include sodas, sparkling water & flavored syrups.
$10 per guest for cocktail, beer & wine service for up to 4 hours. Additional hours are $2.50 per guest per hour.
Summit Supply - Staff + Essentials
This package gives you bar staff plus the essentials. We will provide everything from our Just a Sip package, plus dry supplies like cups, straws, ice & dehydrated garnishes. The amount of staff we recommend will differ based on what you plan to serve & your guest count. Client provides alcohol, mixers & non-alcoholic bevvies.

$450 per bartender for up to 4 hours of service. Additional hours are $75 per hour per bartender.
Beer, Wine & Champagne Pour Service: $200 for up to 4 hours & 100 guests. Additional guests are $2/guests. Additional hours are $1 per guest per hour.
Cocktail, Beer, Wine & Champagne Service: $300 for up to 4 hours of service & 100 guests. Additional guests are $3 per guest. Additional hours are $2 per guest per hour.
Just a Sip - Staff Only
Our most budget friendly service. We will staff your event with our TIPS certified and insured bartenders, and you provide all of your own supplies & ingredients. The amount of staff we recommend will differ based on what you plan to serve & your guest count. Client provides alcohol, mixers/non alcoholic bevvies, ice, coolers, water, garnishes, all dry supplies.

Mobile Bar Rentals
Our bars can be rented in conjunction with our bartending services or if you already have your bar services booked through your venue or caterer, these bars can be rented on their own! We’ll handle drop off & pick up, and set up the bars in your desired location. The bar staff you’ve hired will take it from there!
When renting Wilson or Pony Express without a Mountain Sips bartending service package, an 8% damage waiver fee & delivery fee (dependent on venue location) will be added to your invoice.
Bar on site already? We are happy to show up with our tasty AF signature cocktails & baddie staff to serve from your venue’s bar or one you’ve rented! We charge $300 for a basic bar set up that includes ice bin, chillers, back bar, coolers, bar tools & equipment
Pony Express Trailer Bar — $850
Pony Express is a completely remodeled one of a kind 1990 Bison two horse trailer. Her custom barn door, blue speakeasy backsplash tile, custom cut second serving window & unique blue river resin handmade bar top will make a beautiful addition to photos for any event! Pony Express can comfortably fit up to 3 bartenders and a bar back and can serve up to 250 guests. You are encouraged to add extra floral or a lounge rental to tie in your whole aesthetic!
Fun fact: Pony Express was named for the mail service that used to connect the plains to the Rocky Mountains & beyond! She was recently redesigned to remind you of cozy Colorado speakeasys!
Wilson, the satellite bar — $600
Custom built, Wilson is a great addition to any indoor or outdoor wedding or event! Wilson is fully portable and can set up wherever space allows. Indoor chic space or outdoors with a view, we got you! Wilson is spacious enough for two bartenders and up to 150 guest count. A second bar location is recommended for guest counts over 150. We encourage you to add extra floral to your order or a lounge rental to tie in your whole aesthetic!
Fun fact: Wilson was named for the famous 14er shown on Coors labels! The design was inspired by our 58 snowcapped 14er peaks in Colorado!

Wash Tub Soda Cart - $50
Want to streamline bar service & have your guests to help themselves to some non-alcoholic canned refreshments? Look no further than this adorable wash tub cart! Rental fee includes cart, wash tubs & maintenance throughout service! If you’d like to add on n/a refreshments, they start at $1.50 per guest. Choose from Izze, La Croix or juice boxes!
